The Human Race

Each year, Chrysalis participates in the Human Race, an annual 3K and 10K walk and run sponsored by the Sonoma County Volunteer Center. The Human Race is Sonoma County's largest, most successful collaborative community event. You can support us by:

• participating in the race and getting pledges for your efforts
• arranging for your employer to become a corporate sponsor of Chrysalis
• pledging money to support our board and staff in their race effort

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Chrysalis oversees employee relations and the fiscal health of the agency. It is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the financail statements and for raising money.

The board operates collectively and makes all of its decisions by consensus which ensures that everyone has a voice in making policy and creating procedures. Chrysalis embraces diversity and many lifestyle choices are represented on the staff and the board. Board members consistently describe their experience with Chrysalis as satisfying and a great deal of fun.
